Yoel Hanegbi currently serves as CEO and is on the Board of Eshone Energy, Inc. Yoel founded Eshone in 1995 with a vision to make an impact in the field of renewable energy and solar power. In this role, Yoel is responsible for setting the company's direction, smart execution and guiding the team to success. Prior to forming Eshone Energy, Yoel had various operations, sales and engineering roles in the telco and semiconductor industries. Yoel founded Fewhurst Associates LTD, where he ran branch operations in Africa, Asia, and Europe, managed European sales for Zoran Corporation and Engineering teams for Sanmina. Yoel has a BSEE with a major in Digital Communication from San Jose State University.

Christian joined Eshone Energy in 2008. He has 18 years product marketing expertise. While serving as the Director of Product Marketing at HP/Mercury, he ran $250 million in revenues with triple digit year over year growth. Past positions include Global Technical Director at CrossWorlds, Manager at Global Partner Consulting, Design and Migration Services at Oracle. Christian holds an MBA from Cologne University.

Amit joined Eshone Energy in 2009. She has 15 years corporate finance experience. Prior to joining Eshone Energy, Amit was the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Lumenis, a $3 billion Life Sciences company and before that, she held the position Director of Finance at Teva, $35 Billion pharmaceuticals giant. Amit has an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Michael joined Eshone Energy in 2009. His background of managing projects in the electrical and electronics fields directly lends itself to Eshone Energy’s mission. Before joining Eshone Energy, he worked for HSQ Technology and Abbett Electric for over 20 years, overseeing government and municipal projects, both nationally and internationally. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree from Point Park University and a Master’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. In 2007, he became the Captain of the Mounted Patrol of San Mateo County and served on the Board of Directors from 2003 – 2009.

Ingrid joined Eshone Energy in 2008. She writes the Solar Compass blog, maintains the website and works with Marketing to design, develop and manage Eshone’s programs, initiatives and campaigns. Ingrid has 20 years freelance writing experience while working in varied positions such as a Content Analyst, Online Editor, and General Manager for a retail store where she created a nationwide customer base through networking and other marketing strategies.

Jennifer joined Eshone Energy in 2009. Her main objectives are to manage the Sacramento based office and coordinate the projects. As Project Coordinator, her responsibilities are to monitor the progress of construction projects and facilitate the construction contracting processes by gathering necessary information, preparing and revising billing, monitoring project schedules, and negotiating and preparing small or pre-approved change orders and related documents. She also performs the essential non-technical, non-engineering support work related to the pre-construction, bidding, planning, budgeting and scheduling phases of projects.
